The building known as the Community Office occupies number 56, 56a High Street and 1 Queen Street, Measham. These premises provide a base for managed workspace and include activities aimed at improving the economic, social and cultural future of the village. Some of the space is rented out to small businesses in the form of managed office space. The office provides general office services for businesses and the community.

The office is currently run on a day to day basis and requires a great deal of on-the-spot management during opening hours. Offices can be rented out on a 24/7 basis with rentals starting at £150.00 per calendar month inclusive of rates, heating, lighting and cleaning, some offices are basically furnished. The Community Office was established in 1992 and is owned and managed by Measham and District Community Enterprise Trust. Measham benefits from having a very strong identity and has a significant presence in North West Leicestershire. The Community Office is situated approx 1 mile from the M42 which provides quick access to Birmingham, Tamworth and Nottingham and the M1. Ashby De La Zouch is approx 5 miles and Leicester, Derby and Burton on Trent all approx 12 miles.

The office is the base of the Ashby Canal Restoration project and works closely with the Tourist Information Office and Stephenson College.
